Seminar Alert!!!
We are organising a Knowledge seminar titled ‘Chest Muscle Masterclass: Complete Guide to Building Massive Pecs’ on Thursday, June 6th, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Our Head of the Exercise Science Division - Mr. Vivek Singh Rajput- will conduct the seminar.
The seminar will be conducted in English and can be attended at the K11 Mumbai School or virtually via Zoom.
The learning objectives of this seminar are:
1. Detailed Anatomy: Gain an in-depth understanding of the chest muscles’ anatomy and functions.
2. Line of Pull: Learn the concept of the line of pull and how to apply it for effective chest exercises.
