We had the privilege of hosting Devank Purohit for an insightful guest lecture on “From Strategy to Ex*****on: How High-Impact Leaders Align Product, Engineering & Business Teams.”

The session highlighted an important leadership lesson — great strategies succeed only when ex*****on, alignment, and decision-making come together. From navigating ambiguity to building cross-functional collaboration, students gained practical insights into what it truly takes to lead in complex business environments.

We are delighted to share that Archita Chebolu, a PGPM participant at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR), was selected among the Top 100 globally in the prestigious St. Gallen Global Essay Competition and invited to participate as a Leader of Tomorrow at the 55th St. Gallen Symposium 2026, Switzerland.

Representing India and SPJIMR on a global platform, Archita’s essay - “The Solidarity Skies Framework: A New Contract for the Sky” - explored a sustainable and equitable pathway for the future of aviation through innovative approaches to Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).

The Symposium brought together 1,400+ participants from 92 countries, including leaders from business, academia, policy, and society, around the theme “Disrupted Age”- exploring how technology, geopolitics, and changing global dynamics are shaping the future.

At SPJIMR, we celebrate learners who go beyond classrooms - questioning, creating, and contributing to conversations that shape tomorrow.
