International Yoga Day was celebrated at Jamnabai Narsee school GIFT City with great fervour and gusto. The lush green lawns came alive with the synchronised yogasanas being performed simultaneously by more than 1700 students from Jr KG to grade 12.

Jamnabai Narsee students were privileged to have been able to interact with General Bipin Rawat on 14th November, 2021. His words of wisdom will ring true in their ears for years to come. He leaves behind a legacy for a nation to follow…one where the country comes before the self.

May his and the souls of all aboard the ill-fated helicopter rest in peace.

While the world was grappling with the effects of the pandemic, the Jamnabai Narsee community proactively demonstrated how to embrace what is, and look ahead constructively. The management was quick to serve as an exemplar in the face of adversity by leading programmes that benefited society.

The school logo was temporarily redesigned to advocate social distancing. Meals4All provided the necessary nurturance to those in need of it. The Jamnabai Narsee Educational Series – with experts from various fields – created knowledge and awareness and helped provide fuel for people to realise their dreams. The Jamnabai Narsee campus was a vaccination centre where, in comfort and hygienic conditions, 65000 people received the vaccine shots. ‘We Shall Overcome’ was suitably recorded to encapsulate the spirit of resilience.

A Proud Moment for Jamnabai Narsee International School

We are proud to announce that the International Baccalaureate Organisation has granted Jamnabai Narsee International School candidacy to offer the IB Career-related Programme, making us the first school in India to offer all four IB programmes - PYP, MYP, DP and CP.

The Career-related Programme offers an excellent range of options that combine the academic rigour of DP with authentic vocational/artistic studies in several areas of interest. Students may combine courses from our outstanding range of DP options with career-related studies in Artificial Intelligence, Sports Management, Event Management, Multimedia (Animation and graphics), and Pre-Med.

The IBCP will make JNIS the foremost IBO provider in India for pre-university studies across both the academic and career-related fields.
