9 years ago, I took a step into the world of EFT.
I did not know then how much it would transform my life.
Working with children became my mission.
Practising daily became my discipline.
Growth became inevitable.
I became one of the certified EFT trainers with EFT MRA India - EFT & Matrix Reimprinting - Train & Mentor
And now, I am a certified Matrix Reimprinting trainer certified by it’s founder Karl Dawson
When Karl handed over the certificate to me, his words were, “Go and change the world.”
That one sentence gave me goosebumps.
It felt emotional.
It felt powerful.
It felt like a sacred responsibility.
I am so grateful for the trust my mentors have in me. And I intend to take this work forward with integrity and dedication.
Matrix Reimprinting helps us heal the inner child, using EFT Tapping to release core emotional blocks, and rewrite the meaning of our past to transform our future.

“Why do I keep reacting this way?”
That was my question for years. I would promise myself to stay calm, handle things differently, and yet, in moments of stress—whether with my kids, my spouse, or even at work—I’d find myself snapping, feeling guilty, and repeating the cycle. My own reactions to situations disturbed me more than anything else. The guilt of losing control was eating me up.
That’s when I discovered Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)—a simple, powerful tool that broke the cycle, for me. It helped me understand why we react the way we do and, more importantly, how to shift those emotional patterns for good. It gave me clarity of thought, peace of mind and confidence in self.

In my therapy sessions, clients often feel the urge to relive their experiences, thinking that repeating the story will help them heal. But here’s the key: real healing happens when we connect with the emotion rather than the story.
When we tap into the feeling instead of the details, EFT can truly work its magic—releasing emotional blocks without re-triggering pain. Let me explain why staying with the emotion is the real path to freedom.
In EFT, staying with the emotion rather than repeatedly recounting the story is essential for a few reasons:
1. Direct Access to Emotional Release: When we focus on the story, we’re primarily engaging our cognitive mind, which can lead us to overanalyze or rationalize. By staying with the emotion, we directly connect to the felt experience in the body, allowing the EFT process to release the intensity of that emotion.
2. Avoiding Re-Traumatization: Constantly repeating the story can sometimes re-trigger painful memories, reinforcing rather than releasing the distress. By staying with the emotional aspect and using tapping, we work toward gently reducing the emotional charge without needing to relive the full details.
3. Focus on Shifting Energy: EFT is about moving blocked energy associated with emotions. The process works most effectively when tapping is synchronized with the feeling in the moment. If the focus shifts back to recounting the story, we’re no longer in that energy space, and it may dilute the impact of the tapping.
4. Accessing the Core Issue: Sometimes, underlying emotions or patterns are more easily accessed by connecting with the present emotion rather than the story. Staying with the emotion can help us move past surface details and reach deeper, often subconscious layers, leading to more profound healing.
