Diploma holders of Smart ECED
Celebrating the inspiring journey of these young women who completed the Smart Steps ECED Diploma after a gap in their education.
For many of them, returning to learning was not easy. Yet, with determination and courage, they completed the course and shared how empowered they now feel — not only by receiving a diploma certificate, but also by gaining practical knowledge about parenting, play and activity-based early childhood education, and joyful preschool learning.
What was especially inspiring was listening to their dreams for the future. Some shared that they want to join preschools as teachers. Some wish to start their own preschool one day. Smart Steps will support these edupreneurs A few said they would like to join the Anganwadi system, while others expressed interest in partnering with Smart Steps Institute to this diploma opportunity to many more young women. Some also reflected that the course has helped them feel more confident and equipped as mothers and parents too.
Listening to their stories of struggle, persistence, and achievement was truly moving. Their journeys remind us that when young women get opportunities to learn and grow, they build confidence not only for themselves, but also for the children and communities they will nurture.
