Yesterday, we got an incredible opportunity to partner with the foundation of one of the world’s leading global organizations for a powerful experiential learning intervention focused on Collaboration, Ownership, Accountability, Playing to Win, Asking for Help, and identifying the “Square Wheels” that may be slowing down the achievement of organizational goals.
With 45 leaders and managers in the room, what made the experience truly powerful was not just the learning objectives, but how the learning unfolded.
Through the power of experiential learning, we created a psychologically safe environment where participants could truly be themselves, make decisions, take risks, collaborate, communicate openly, make mistakes, reflect, and learn without the fear of being judged.
