_Facing your Personal Risks_

Steps:
1. Identify a set of practices that you can work on at regular intervals ( preferably monthly or quarterly).

2. Identify under these 3 categories - Physical, intellectual and emotional.

3. Examples -

Physical risk : bungee jumping/ learning to swim /dancing at a party with two left feet (in your head)

Intellectual risk : attend a challenging talk or course/ read a book knowing it contradicts your line of thinking/ make friends in seriously different age groups like 6 year olds!

Emotional risk:Choose something you have avoided dealing with ie visiting someone/reviving a lost contact/ forgiveness

4. Rules : (a) pick things that are risky but not difficult that you can't do them (b) do them regularly
