Heartiest Congratulations to Deepal Dass (Electronics - 2002 Batch) for winning the Filmfare Award for Best VFX - for the movie WAR, produced under the YRF - Yash Raj Films Banner.

Deepal Dass leads the VFX efforts at yFX and has worked for previously worked on blockbusters, including the National Award winner - URI: The Surgical Strike.

Congratulations Omprakash Jha on winning the Economic Times Young Leaders Award 2019.

OP Jha is an alumnus from BE Production 2007-11 Batch.

The Economic Times Young Leaders program identifies deserving professionals as the promising young leaders of corporate India and nurtures them for the future. All the best to him for all his future endeavors.

Our alumni meet 2020 initially started with the 1994 batch coming in and visiting the campus after 25 long years.
A few alumnis showed off their skills in various aspects and everyone spoke about themselves!

As the evening began to set in, our graduates from the recent years came and reminisced too!

Be it the batch of 1994, or the batch of 2018, everyone left a similar message, that CRCE has played an important role in shaping their personalities and making them who they are.

They didn’t realise they were making memories. and now, 25 years later when they met, they laughed all over again at the same old jokes, in the same old place.

The inter-collegiate Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues Memorial Debate 2017 was held on the 28th and 29th of September in our, state of the art auditorium- “Samvaad”, in the college premises. The annual debating competition has now completed 19 successful years.

The winners of this national level debate competition was ILS law college from pune.

The debate aims to provide a forum for today’s youth to articulate views and engage in a dialogue on myriad affairs that affect all our lives, directly or otherwise.
The quality of thoughts and ideas expressed by students was lauded by all those who witnessed the event, including our alumni guest of honour, Mr. Pascal Lopes and Mr Mihir and the chief guest Urmila Zutshi, making the event a huge success.
