2025 has been a year of learning, reflection, and collective growth.
This series celebrates the stakeholders working together to strengthen learning in government schools through the NECTAR Project in Nagaland. Our first post recognises school leaders, those leading change on the ground and reminding us that learning has no timeline. Their willingness to reflect, adapt, and grow continues to shape stronger schools.

While there are a plethora of activities they undertake, here we have highlighted two activities conducted through collaborative efforts by the Directorate of School Education, Samagra Shiksha, School Leadership Academy under SIEMAT, SCERT, with NECTAR as a partner, for respective programs. Hoping this year to be continued with more learning and growth.
