Prashant Mehta – Founder

From a single IB Math student in 2006 to launching IMBIBE - KNOWLEDGE in 2011, Prashant has come a long way and built a reputation as an eminent tutor. He has more than 5 years experience teaching Math IB, both HL and SL. He has personally tutored almost 500 students in the last 8 years; all of whom have showed significant improvement in their performance. He strongly believes that there are no short cuts to improved academic performance and the best ingredients for academic success are practice, motivation, focus and smart study. In addition to his academic experience, Prashant also has extensive corporate experience of over 13 years which enables him share practical perspectives even on academic matters . Deepak Punwani – Co founder and Head of counselling practice

Deepak has more than 7 years of teaching and counselling experience. As a student himself in the early 90’s, Deepak realised the gap that existed for student-focussed counselling. Six months into his engineering programme, Deepak understood that engineering and he weren’t made for each other and wished that there were good counsellors around then. His vision for IMBIBE therefore is to make it the best student-counselling firm in India and ensure that students don’t make the same mistake he in choosing the wrong course. Deepak had helped counsel students for Harvard, Wharton, Columbia, LBS, MIT and almost all other top schools in US, Europe and Asia. He also has more than 10 years of corporate experience across APAC, Europe and the Middle East. He has an MBA from JBIMS and INSEAD and Bachelors in Business degree from University of Delhi.
