From Language Classes to a Full Fledged coaching Institute!

Story telling is an art which cannot be executed by everyone. Stories proclaim who we are, and enable us to experience the similarities between ourselves and others, real or imagined. The everyday life lessons when imparted to kids in the form of stories, not only increase their interest in academics but also enhance their listening skills, improvise their vocabulary and develop their cognitive abilities.

With this impetus in mind, the pioneer of Edu Define Mrs.Priya Muralidharan started Story Telling Sessions around 17 years ago. At that time, Hiranandani was still in the developing stages. She started with 2 kids and with the support of family and friends and very soon had a batch of 20 students. It used to be an interactive, stress free session where children used to come up with their own ideas, build up from their imaginative thoughts and would always go back with a smile. Soon it became ‘The Talk’ in Hiranandani.

It was at this point that the importance of language learning at the early age through the story telling sessions was realised. We indulged into language sessions which concentrated on Grammar, creative writing, comprehension and reading skills. In 7 years, we reached a strength of 70 students and progressively went on expanding and soon there were 100 students only in the language sessions.

We were doing great but space was a constraint and hence, it was only natural for Mrs Priya Muralidharan and her husband to venture full fledged into coaching. The focus as always, remained on conceptual clarity, student centric approach and stress free learning. Language classes have had a deep rooted impact on our students.
