Established by Sharaniya in 2022, SNK Australia is a vibrant Bharatnatyam dance school committed to preserving and sharing the rich heritage of this classical Indian dance form. With students of all ages and backgrounds, Sharaniya’s academy nurtures a love for Bharatanatyam, blending traditional techniques with personal expression.

On Black History Month (February) - a month to remember and celebrate the achievements of people of colour - Adv Uma Sriram, an SNKF student, wanted to dedicate something unique and special.
She says, "I was always inspired by Maya Angelou and wanted to do something that cherishes her life. I have tried to mix my twin passions of "Bharatanatyam" (Traditional Indian dance form) and Social Causes. I hope you all enjoy it.
