Ride to Kunjapuri Devi Mandir
One of the series, where Deepak, Jay, Avinash and I drive to this mountaintop temple. We didn't have much to expect, starting out with 30 minutes of driving on scooters through the cold, dark fog. We had been doing so many of these drives, that we accepted our slightly miserable situation, and that's what made the reveal even more worthwhile. After another ordinary hairpin turn, the sky opened, the we emerged above the fog to find a bed of clouds below us. From then on, we drove like chariots to battle, and reached a great temple with a superb vantage point. Flying the drone there was magical.
