Asian languages with their beautiful character scripts have at the same time fascinated and scared a many of us language lovers!
Let's be a little more appreciative and informed about these languages rather than stereotyping them all as squiggly "chinimaka" languages!
Korean script Hangeul with its geometric grid like structure, is one of the easiest, fastest and most logical scripts to learn.
Chinese Hanzi is the mother of many East Asian scripts. Beautiful, pictographic brush strokes that help you visualize the word.
Thai Abugida, so similar to our South Indian scripts and derived from ancient Brahmi and Pallava script, is a curvaceous script that is known to be the first script to have incorporated tone marks for denoting word sounds.
