RULES AND REGULATIONS:
• To maintain discipline is mandatory at Theatre plays,.
• Theatre plays fees must be paid at the time of admission and is non-refundable.
• The dress code for the Theatre plays is track pant and loose t-shirt. Jeans and tight clothing is strictly not allowed.
• It is mandatory to be punctual for the sessions. Late comers would not be entertained.
• It is mandatory to inform in case you are not going to be present for any of the sessions.
• Smoking is strictly not allowed during session hours.
• We train our students to be physically, mentally, technically and practically strong for acting and unearthing their hidden potential. The Theatre plays helps an individual be work ready but we do not commit for any work guarantee.
• Faculty members of Theatre plays have the right to suspend a student if he/she is not following the above mentioned rules.

एक्टर बनना है?
Actors and Actresses...must read this carefully
किसी को सिन्टा का चुनाव लड़ना हैं...मेसेज कैसे भी हो बस लोंगों को भेजना ह ..चाहे फेक ही क्यों न हो ... फ़ेक ऑडिशन तो नहीं दे रहे?
पिछली कुछ पोस्ट में मैंने आपको बताया था कि
किस तरह से नए-नए एक्टर को मूर्ख़ बनाकर उन्हें लूटा जा रहा है।
कैसे उनसे ऑडिशन के नाम पर पैसे लिए जा रहे हैं?
इसी कड़ी में आज कुछ और बातें आपको समझा रहा हूँ।
कई एक्टर्स ने पूछा है कि
क्या फ़ेक ऑडिशन (Fake Audition-दिखावट
ी ऑडिशन) भी होते हैं?
जी हाँ..होते हैं।
इस तरह के ऑडिशन के पैसे तो नहीं लिए जाते,
लेकिन वहाँ जाने के बाद, घूम-फिर कर बात आपकी जेब ढील कराने पर आ ही जाती है।
ऐसे ऑडिशन मुम्बई समेत कई शहरों में होते हैं।
आर्टिस्ट कार्ड समेत इनकी कई धोखेबाज़ी वाली ट्रिक्स आप पहले जान चुके हैं।
आज ये ट्रिक भी जान लीजिए।
पहले तो ये लोग फ़ेसबुक पर या व्हाट्सऐप पर इस तरह के मैसेज डालते हैं कि
किसी फ़िल्म के लिए या किसी चैनल के लिए ऑडिशन है।
उसमें अक्सर बाकायदा किसी टीवी चैनल का नाम बताकर ऑडिशन पर बुलाया जाता है।
कई उम्र के ग्रुप बनाए जाते हैं ताकि ज़्यादा से ज़्यादा लोग आएं।
जब सम्बंधित एक्टर वहाँ पहुंचते हैं तो उनका ऑडिशन लिया जाता है।
फिर उनकी एक्टिंग की कमियाँ निकाली जाती है।
एक तरह से कई बार तो नए एक्टर्स का बहुत अपमान (insult) किया जाता है।
उन्हें ज़लील किया जाता है।
ये जानबूझकर किया जाता है,
क्योंकि उन लोगों को एक्टर्स से पैसे भी तो निकलवाने हैं।
उनका ब्रेन वॉश किया जाता है कि- “आपको एक्टिंग करना नहीं आता…..
आपको एक्टिंग करना है तो पहले आप हमारी एक्टिंग वर्कशॉप ज्वाइन करो..
. हम आपको एक्टिंग सिखाएंगे”।
नए एक्टर्स दबाव या झाँसे में आ जाते हैं और वर्कशॉप ज्वाइन कर लेते हैं।
ये किस तरह की ट्रेनिंग होती होगी, आप ख़ुद समझ सकते हैं।
कुछ-कुछ "नीम हकीम ख़तरा-ए-जान टाइप"।
जहाँ इन झाँसेबाज़ों को लगता है कि लगता है कि एक्टर कुछ अनुभवी है,
आर्टिस्ट कार्ड रखता है, तो उससे ऐसी बातें नहीं करते,
चुपचाप ऑडिशन ले लेते हैं।
उनकी नज़रें नए एक्टर्स पर ही टिकी होती हैं।
मेरा कहना ये है कि इन्हें अगर ट्रेनिंग देना है तो लोगों को ट्रेनिंग के नाम से ही बुलाएं।
ऑडिशन का झूठ बोलकर,
बरगलाकर वर्कशॉप में शामिल करना..... एक्टिंग ट्रेनिंग के पेशे को बदनाम करना है।
ज़रा सोचिए।
कहाँ तो लोग जी टीवी, कलर्स, स्टार प्लस, सोनी टीवी आदि का
सच्चा ऑडिशन जानकर ऑडिशन देने गए थे,
कहाँ उन्हें नाकारा बताकर वर्कशॉप ज्वाइन करने में उलझा दिया।
ज़रा ग़ौर कीजिए।
दरअसल जितने भी सच्चे (Genuine) प्रोडक्शन हाउस हैं,
वे अपना सारा ध्यान सिर्फ़ अच्छे एक्टर चुनने पर लगाते हैं।
वहाँ कोई कास्टिंग डायरेक्टर एक्टर्स को लताड़ने या
मीन-मेख निकालने के लिए नहीं बैठा रहता, न ही उनके पास इन सब के लिए वक़्त होता है। इसलिए वहाँ जैसे ही पता लगता है कि एक्टर क़ाबिल नहीं है,
वे स्वयं ही थैंक्यू बोल कर रवाना कर देते हैं।
हाँ, कभी अगर लगे कि एक्टर थोड़ा नर्वस है या
कुछ भूल गया तो कभी-कभार दुबारा भी मौक़ा दे देते हैं ऑडिशन का।
लेकिन अपमान नहीं करते। ज़लील नहीं करते।
कुछ लोग पोर्टफ़ोलियो बनवाने के लिए भी झूठे ऑडिशन लेकर एक्टर्स को बुलाते हैं
और इसी तरह पोर्टफ़ोलियो बनवाने पर ज़ोर डालते हैं।
फँसने वाले को कम से कम 10 हज़ार से 25 हज़ार तक का चूना लग जाता है।
कुछ ऐसे भी लोग हैं जिन्हें कास्टिंग का काम करना है
वे भी अपने पास हर उम्र के लोगों की जानकारी (data) रखने के लिए फ़ेक ऑडिशन लेते हैं। लेकिन इस तरह के लोग क्योंकि पैसे नहीं मांगते,
इसलिए इसे एक तरह से अच्छा कहा जा सकता है।
क्योंकि वे लोग आपके वीडियोज़ और फ़ोटो प्रोडक्शन हाउसेज़ में भेजते हैं,
ताकि आर्टिस्ट का चयन होने पर उन्हें कमीशन मिल सके।
लेकिन इसका मतलब ये नहीं है कि सारे ऑडिशन फ़ेक होते हैं।
आप ज़रा सोचिए, क्या किसी के पास इतना वक़्त, मैनपावर और फ़ालतू पैसा है कि वो बेवजह झूठे ऑडिशन लेता रहे?
अब आप समझ सकते हैं कि ऑडिशन वो ही लेगा
जिसे सच में अच्छे बेहतरीन एक्टर्स चाहिए
या फिर वो लेगा जिसे लोगों को लूटना है।
इसलिए ऑडिशन ज़रूर दीजिए, लेकिन सतर्क रहिए।
