The faculty and students of IIGJ Jaipur visited Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS) as part of a social outreach initiative to extend care, support, and positivity to cancer patients undergoing treatment.

Ms. Khushi Surana, a final-year B.A. in Gems & Jewellery Design student at IIGJ Mumbai, showcased her jewellery collection at the prestigious Dover Street Market London Summer Exhibition 2026.

Her work was presented alongside emerging designers from leading institutions across the UK, USA, Japan, Lebanon, South Africa, Spain, Italy, and Switzerland.

As the only institution from India selected for this globally celebrated exhibition, IIGJ represented Indian jewellery education on one of the world’s most influential design platforms.

A remarkable achievement for Khushi, a significant milestone for IIGJ, and a celebration of Indian design on the global stage.

The Post Graduate Capstone Project at IIGJ Mumbai marked the culmination of a transformative one-year journey in jewellery education.

With Sucheta Kashikar as a distinguished Jury Member, our PG students showcased collections that reflected a deep understanding of the complete jewellery value chain—from consumer insights and design development to manufacturing, merchandising, sourcing, costing, and retail strategy.

Through thoughtfully curated thematic visual displays and impactful presentations, students demonstrated not only their technical competence and creative vision, but also their ability to develop commercially viable and strategically driven jewellery products.

The Capstone Project stands as a professional portfolio that prepares graduates to confidently step into the evolving global jewellery industry across design, product development, merchandising, sourcing, manufacturing, and retail.
