The programme comprises of classroom teaching, training, field practice and coaching. This programme prepares the participants to have an holistic view of the organisation for facilitating, conceptualising, designing and implementing OD, Change and Leadership processes.

Part time, flexible programme with instruction and experiential learning as mode of teaching. Complete blend of theory and practice, imparted by faculty and practitioners from industry provides access to the current OD and Change Management practices in the field. The In-depth orientation to research equips participants to be an effective change agent.

The Field work project which is based on action learning principles enables the participants to learn through experience. Exposure to the latest developments in business strategy, organisational capabilities and integration with OD theory and practice takes the learning process a notch up for the enrolled participants.
