Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership (EPGDODCL) is a 14 months weekend professional programme offered by Centre for Social and Organisational Leadership at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
The programme comprises of classroom teaching, training, field practice and coaching. This programme prepares the participants to have an holistic view of the organisation for facilitating, conceptualising, designing and implementing OD, Change and Leadership processes.
Part time, flexible programme with instruction and experiential learning as mode of teaching. Complete blend of theory and practice, imparted by faculty and practitioners from industry provides access to the current OD and Change Management practices in the field. The In-depth orientation to research equips participants to be an effective change agent.
