Assistance is primarily an internal crowd control and venue management department. We ensure that there is no commotion caused anywhere due to unruly behaviour of the crowd. We must also ensure that no illegal or prohibited substances are used inside the college premises. Assistance volunteers ensure that decorum is maintained when events are in progress and the crowd follow rules and queues properly. Assistance is divided into the following sub-departments:
1. Floors

We are the second largest management department with the HAWK as our logo. We work towards assisting the audience and workforce in every feasible manner. We will see to it that the attendees of MALHAR do not face any problems and have an enjoyable experience.

APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF COORDINATOR ARE NOW OPEN!

General Guidelines:
-Applications for OG will not be considered and you will have to REAPPLY for the post of coordinator.
-Applications are to be e-mailed to the specified ids.
- Please carry a copy of your most recent mark sheet with you.
-All OCs are available to address any doubts applicants may have. You may direct your queries to the respective email-ids mentioned.

The following details need to be included in ALL applications:
- Name
- Class (as from June '16)
- UID and Roll number
-Contact details
-Past experience (Malhar/Non-Malhar)

ASSISTANCE
- Time Constraints
- Sub department preference with it's working
- Explain any structural or functioning changes you deem necessary for your sub department
- Problems faced last year and how you aim to rectify or avoid them this Malhar
- What do you think is the role of a coordinator and what makes you the best fit for it?
