The Business Analyst will be responsible for functional documentation, testing, co-ordinate with different stakeholders of the business requirement to be build in the applications for Lending KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide and maintain all project related documentation including business requirements, work flows, active communication updates, procedures and approvals • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, Technical or Non Technical teams to elicit Technical / Functional requirements, flowcharts, modeling those requirements in an organized manner and communicating those requirements throughout the SDLC. • Identify & implement process improvements to support efficiencies in design phases of projects as well as post implementation to improve efficiencies. • Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work • Is able to exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise level project with minimal bur informed guidance • Is able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with executive level project sponsors • Create and provide relevant artefacts to manage process in a controlled and governed manner. • Analyzes/Identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimize, Monitors Progress, and Follows-up, Provides actual Feedback, Escalates where necessary • Provide coaching and institutional knowledge to all stakeholders to ensure that all relevant information is understood and explainable (New and Existing Features). • Maintain procedures, reconciliations and approvals, perform special projects as directed by management, and other ad-hoc as required. • Drive assigned acitivity by proactively working with end users and managing deliverables as well as deliverable timelines • Gap Ananlysis and Benchmarking the advantages and disadvantages, Well versed with Lending System jargons • Balance multiple priorities and deliverables to maintain forward progress and ensure end users expectations are met. • Test Plan and Scenarios preparation with Ex*****on of Test Plan. • Ensure smooth Production new features rollout plans are in place with complete pre-requisites, Sign-off and POA • Drive testing and implementation efforts to improve technical information assets management. • Develop and execute processes for identifying, approving, testing, introducing, and implementing emerging technologies

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or related discipline • 6 - 7 years of experience in IT and Business Analyst Experience or similar role
