Corona crisis - what the government should take note of.

1. Prevention and cure both has to go simultaneously.
2. Besides lockdown the government should ease life of the citizens by providing relief as well.
3. More quarantine and hospital care to be installed.
4. Daily wage workers, unemployed and BPL families to be given weekly ration/food/medicine quota.
5. APL households should be given waiver or grace time on house rent, education fees, Taxes, utility bills, etc.
6. For salaried class please provide work from home or leave with pay.
7. Provide subsidy for food and essential items so that there is no price hike on these.
8. Keep a check on dealers, transporters and hoarders of essential food and life saving items.
9. For business class besides providing time or waiver for taxes, utility bills, etc provide loans to meet business expenses like salaries, etc.

Locking down citizens and providing no help, hitting them on streets or asking them to clap and ring bells or plates is not a solution. Even if people survive corona they shall die due to starvation and debts.

Being an elected government you should do your duty of serving the citizens rather than punishing them.
