Not all friendships need words.

Some are built in pauses, in familiar spaces, in ways of being that don’t need explaining.

This is one of those stories.
Of two people who moved through the same world differently, and still, together.

Minu noticed it first. 🐢
Maybe you will too.

Not always loud. Not always obvious.
But felt in the way someone makes space, waits, understands.

This one sits in those moments.
Of being seen, without having to ask.
Of finding a place that feels a little more like your own.

Not extra. Not special. Just how it should be.

A small reminder of the kind of spaces we can build, together.

A beat that stays, a beat that cares,
In the way we show up, in the space we share.

Watch. Listen. Hold it with care.💫💙

On 19th April, the Social Work Team hosted the 3rd Annual Haqh Ka Mela.

It was a space where caregivers could come in, ask questions, and sit across from government stakeholders from different sectors not just to receive information, but to feel a little more supported in navigating what’s available to them.

This year, we were able to reach and support more than 50 families. We also welcomed two new stakeholders, the Open Basic Education (OBE) Programme and the Pension Scheme adding more pathways for families to explore.

What stayed with us were the conversations caregivers sharing that they left feeling more informed, a little more clear, and a little less alone.

Be part of someone’s journey toward being seen, heard, and supported.

Your contribution can help create access to timely care, guidance, and everyday moments of understanding that make a lasting difference.

Give today - with care, with intention, with hope. ✨

Not extra. Not special. Just how it should be.

A beat that says what needs to be said.
Dropping tomorrow.

The happiness of having loved ones around, of knowing they’re here to stay a little longer.

Sometimes, it’s the smallest cues that bring the biggest comfort.

When relationships feel safe, warm, and predictable, they become spaces where we can truly belong.
Because everyone deserves bonds that feel like home. 🤍

Some friendships feel lighter no overthinking, no going in circles.

Just honesty, ease, and being understood.
And sometimes, that one connection is all it takes to feel like you truly belong 🤍

Friendships and relationships take time. They grow through listening, understanding, and making space for each other.

Because real connection isn’t about doing more it’s about helping each person feel seen and included.

In this conversation, we reflect on what it takes to build bonds that truly matter.
