Sharmilla Achalkar – CHRO, Pantomath Financial Services Group
She was the key person who made today’s industry visit possible. As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), she plays a major leadership role in shaping organizational culture, talent strategy, and people development within the company.
Her support and coordination enabled us to learn directly from industry experts in Capital Advisory Services and Investment Banking.

Private Equity Banker
Vikram shared deep insights into investment banking and private equity, explaining how financial professionals act as financial architects who help businesses grow.
He spoke about:
• maintaining the right balance between leverage and sustainable growth,
• using capital strategically, and
• supporting companies as they scale through structured investments.

Speaker 2 – Mr. Darshnik

A spent the day soaking in the real spirit of Mumbai — its stories, its chaos, its charm, and everything in between. From iconic corners of the city to unexpected gems along the way, the walk gave us a chance to see Bombay the way people feel it, not just how they know it.
And somewhere between all the exploring, laughs, and shared moments, the classic Bombay Sandwich made the experience even sweeter. A simple highlight, but one that just felt right for the day.
