Approx. 8 year ago four friends-cum-partner started a club where they studies their course books for preparation of examination. But on that time due to lack of a perfect mentor they get failed in many academic examination. They are good enough in all subject but they like practical approach not only theoretical views. As they grows up demand of perfect mentor turn into self-motivated mentor, they teach themselves. That time is starting phase of computer for middle class student and when they get into computer lab they start programming. As they are small enough for high level programming they start from HTML and JS coding. Within two year of practice they build KBC(Kon Banega Cororpati) web based offline game. Then due to some family reason all get separated but still in contact, the club idea is good so they continue on that and building software for their institute. In 2012 they made NIOMBASE which is project for inter. In this project they hack into NCERT Website download all books link and redesign the software code to use NCERT Library offline. In 2014, they announced NIOM Club publically on fb with the name as “YSMCVS NIOM” a student portal where student get notices, question paper and all related to Ysm-Cvs College. It is just like foundational work so NIOM people call it “NIOM Foundation” after exact one year later they found that “NIOM Foundation” is not able to motivate student for self-mentoring concept so, they move on and make “NIOM Foundation” as “NIOM Corp. Pvt. Ltd.” Which is totally a business idea of Software Company.
Now according to NIOM policy we are not able to take real name of the person on virtual world so we use alternatives. So NIOM is not a composite initials of name as (N-Niraj, I-Irfhan, O-Om, M-Mahendra) because except for niraj no other name is really existed we fake the name and fb account with that name. Then why Niraj is real? Because he is the face cm CEO of NIOM and he only interact with others.
