Initiative. A word that creates stories that inspire. Talking about his rendezvous with the sport is Kaushik Konwar, captain of the Institute Weightlifting team at the 2019 Inter IIT Sports Meet held at Kharagpur. Setting up a sports club in an institute. Watching it grow and spread its wings and the team goes on to set records in the Inter IIT with their celebrated victories. He has seen it all.
The first in line with our next series is the tale of our Captain and the story of his experiments with lifting, from beginning the sport in his college to winning an Inter IIT Medal.

November has become notorious for the "NoโฆNovember" and the "No Shave November" where men put their razors down to raise awareness for people fighting cancer. And recently, we've been introduced to "No Nut November", where, you guessed it, men spend an entire month refraining from ma********on and s*x. As a kickstart for a better 2022, we introduce you to a fun little challenge called ๐ก๐ผ ๐๐
๐ฐ๐๐๐ฒ ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ.
The rules are simple, No lame "I don't have time for this" or "I'll just do it tomorrow." ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES WHATSOEVER!!!! Wake up every day and push yourself a little harder each day to get back on a consistent routine, begin working out, start eating healthier and cut off from the toxic traits. Maybe for you, it's finally saying yes to that weight loss you've been putting off or starting the weight training program you were afraid of. Or perhaps it's finally starting that creative project that's been lurking in the back of your brain. Or maybe it's just challenging yourself to read from a book every day. Whatever it is that you want to start, change, or finish, make November your No Excuse November and go for it!
Whatever you've been meaning to accomplish, sit down and write a monthly goal. It could be something like, "for the month of November I'm going to be consistent with my training routine." Or "for the month of November I'm going to hit the gym 5x a week." Or "for the month of November I'm going to finish that creative project of mine" Whatever the goal is for the month, remember to be smart about it; break down the big goal in weekly steps and don't be afraid to challenge yourself a bit.
No Excuse November is not going to change your life in one month. Still, it'll give you the spark of motivation needed to reclaim 2021 and launch into 2022 a little more connected and inspired to live your best life. It's never too late to leap, so let's leap together in November and leave our excuses behind!
