What does leadership actually sound like in hospitality? Our students found out first-hand.
RPH College recently hosted a Leadership Conversation, bringing students face-to-face with two people who've genuinely shaped this industry — Shri Adarsh B. Shetty, veteran hotelier and Chairman of the Higher Education Committee, and Michelin-star Chef Vikas Khanna
Adarsh Shetty kept it honest: "Leadership is inspiring... you are always as good as your team." And for anyone entering the culinary world, his advice was direct: "If you want to come into this profession, keep in mind that presentation is everything."
