Every year in the first week of April, the warriors of Liberation Coaches get together offsite to share their key achievements of the past year, set new goals for the upcoming year and design the grand plan to MAKE IT HAPPEN.
This year is extra special because we have extended the trip by an extra day. After all grand futuristic plans need a little extra time. The 3-day sojourn has the following agenda:
· Overview of the past year’s success stories and achievements
· Presentations by the Heads on the past year’s numbers and analysis
· Goals and New Developments for the next year
· Panel Discussions on Expectations and the way forward
· The Future Strategy for accomplishing these goals
· Individual KRAs and KPIs for the entire team (starting with the Directors)

· Teambuilding and Self-Exploration
· The Liberation Coaches Excellence Awards
· Performances and Entertainment from our super-talented team.

The farewell of Liberation Business School 1st batch of PGPM + MBA and diwali celebrations of Liberation Group!!!

We celebrated Diwali 2012 amidst excitement with all the team members of Liberation Group (Liberation Coaches & Liberation Education Trust) and also bid farewell to the students of PGPM + MBA Batch 1. Our first newsletter 'Indradhanush' was also launched on this occasion.

A unique presentation contest was organised at the Kirandevi Saraf Hall in Liberation Business School. The presenters were not the best presenters in class; but rather the weak presenters who were mentored by the best presenters of the class. The contest was designed as an opportunity for the weak presenters to sharpen their presentation skills. Each presenter was given a book to present on and the mentors worked intensely to develop the presentation skills of every participant. It was a great effort by the presenters and their mentors! Kudos to all the participants and mentors!!!

A District Inspector from Haryana just called up and said, 'you would be arrested if you cross Haryana without visiting me!' Well it was Rajkumar, our beloved Rajbhai from the Police Training Program! Love you Rajbhai! It's such an amazing feeling when ex-participants of our training workshops call up to say great things! Those were the best 21 days of my life spent at the Police Training Academy- Sagar. And those were the most amazing policemen I ever saw coming from across the nation!The Great Khaki deserves greats like you! Looking forward to see all of you again!
