At the request of many of you, we are starting the Scholar Golden Jubilee celebrations at 5.30 pm instead of 4 pm on 17th Dec. Those who plan to come much later are advised to come in early as the main program starts at 6 pm. This evening has been planned keeping in mind the main purpose of this event, ie to meet the teachers, interact with your batchmates as well as with other scholarites, while adhering to the outermost timeline available from NSCI.
5.15 pm - Registration and welcome.
6.00 pm - Main program starts. Program outline is
- school and national anthem
- tribute to Mrs M M Grant - audio-visual presentation on her life and times
- teacher felicitations
- talk by alumni from various batches
- performance by Alumni (all those who are interested to participate here in any manner, please write to us)
- interactive game(s) -time permitting
9.00 pm - Group photo sessions accompanied by cocktails
9.30 - Dinner and dance
11.00 pm - Closing time
Once again, please do come early to enjoy the evening. Late comers will simply miss it all !
At the request of many of you, we are also organising a visit to the Scholar School premises at Henry Road, Electric House either on 18th December (Sunday) from 11 am to 12.30 pm.
Please also note that in view of regulatory restrictions, alcohol will be served only to persons above the legally permitted age. However mocktails and soft drinks will be available in unlimited quantities. (NSCI reserves the right to ask a guest for proof of age before serving alcohol.)
