As part of the Emerging Papers Symposium – Paper Presentation Track, we invite submissions of completed research papers that demonstrate rigorous scholarly design, academic novelty and a clear, credible pathway to real-world impact.

All submissions will undergo double-blind review, with a focus on scholarly contribution and the strength of the paper’s translational pathway.

What happens when ancient wisdom meets a blank sheet of paper?

For our PGDM first-year students, the Science of Spirituality course became an opportunity to turn ideas into introspection and introspection into art.

Guided by Prof. Surya Tahora and Prof. Ajinkya Navare, students came together for a group poster-making activity inspired by the themes explored throughout their first term.

🎨 Understanding and processing emotions
🧘 Cultivating mindfulness
🔍 Recognising personal traits and tendencies
🌱 Navigating oneself and the world with greater awareness

But these posters were more than creative projects. Students questioned ideas, interpreted concepts through their own experiences, reflected on what resonated with them, and translated those reflections into visual stories using colour, imagery and a range of materials.

Because management education is not only about understanding the world around us. It is also about understanding ourselves.

Mentoring the future of India’s family business ecosystem

Prof. Tulsi Jayakumar, Executive Director, Centre for Family Business & Entrepreneurship (CFBE), has been recognised in the ‘Family Office Mentor’ category at the Indian Family Office Thought Leaders 2026.

The recognition celebrates Prof. Jayakumar’s contribution to India’s family business and family office ecosystem, and her work in guiding family businesses and the next generation of family office leaders on issues of governance, stewardship, succession and purpose-led wealth.

The 2026 edition marks the third year of recognising influential voices and leaders in India’s family office ecosystem, with over 500 individuals and institutions evaluated.

Commenting on the recognition, Prof. Jayakumar said, “It was a pleasure receiving the Priwexus Indian Family Office Thought Leaders Award 2026–27. The award is a validation of the work that I do with family businesses and encourages me to do more for this very important segment of the economy.
