Marathi Vidnyan Parishad (MVP) is an institute established in 1966 to create awareness among the masses, about the importance of science in everyday life.
It also aims at increasing the commonfolks' interest in science. Marathi Vidnyan Parishad (MaViPa) is involved in propagating science in society. In Maharashtra, MaViPa works mainly in Marathi. However, programmes are also conducted in English, whenever required. Objectives

Friends, this is a request to make this post viral to reach all engineers, wherever they are so that if at all any one has done something remarkable research work for the benefit of society at large - he or she can file his or her nomination to Marathi Vidnyan Parishad (MVP).
Mokshagundam Vishweshwarayya Award in Engineering by Marathi Vidnyan Parishad.
Marathi Vidnyan Parishad – this year onwards – will be awarding a price of Rs. 10,000/- in commemoration of Bharatratna Sir Mokshagundam Vishweshwarayya; for an excellent, revisionary work done in the field of Engineering by young Engineer below the age of 40. This work shall be successful in practise. Year 2018 is for Civil Engineering discipline and aspirants are requested to register their full name, DoB, address of residence and office along with the details of revisionary work with illustrations, drawings, photos etc. to Marathi Vidnyan Parishad on its email – [email protected] on or before 25th Sept. 2018.

'मंगेश पाडगावकर भाषा संवर्धन पुरस्कार' पुरस्कार वितरण सोहळा
'मंगेश पाडगावकर भाषा संवर्धन पुरस्कार' साठी मराठी विज्ञान परिषदेची निवड !
दि.27 फेब्रुवारी हा कविवर्य कुसुमाग्रजांचा वाढदिवस महाराष्ट्रात मराठी दिवस म्हणून पाळला जातो. महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या राज्य मराठी विकास संस्थेतर्फे मराठी भाषेसाठी काम करणाऱ्या चार व्यक्ती अथवा संस्थाना पुरस्कार दिले जातात.
यापैकी एक म्हणजे 'मंगेश पाडगावकर भाषा संवर्धन पुरस्कार ' या साठी मराठी विज्ञान परिषदेची निवड करण्यात आली आहे.
पुरस्कार वितरण मंगळवार दि.27 फेब्रुवारी 2018 रोजी सायंकाळी 6 वाजता यशवंतराव चव्हाण प्रतिष्ठानच्या नरीमन पॉईन्ट मुंबई येथील सभागृहात होईल.
परिषदेच्या आनंदात सहभागी होण्यासाठी आपल्या सर्वाना हार्दिक आमंत्रण .
