JEERA AND JEERA WATER

Jeera a common spice found in all most all homes in India.

Jeera is rich in Iron, Dietary fiber, Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium , Potassium.

Dal Tadka taste is ineffective without Jeera. Jeera is used in many food preparations and medicines.

It solves gastric problems, flatulence, belching, and burps in a flash. It should be first on the list of everyone looking for a simple, quick remedy for their stomach woes.

Add a teaspoon of jeera in a glass of water and leave it overnight. In the morning, chew the seeds and drink the water on an empty stomach.
