A school following an advanced-level IGCSE curriculum for children from low-income families in Mumbai

At Shikha, we create a school environment where children study a relevant and meaningful curriculum through interactive pedagogy and hands-on project-based learning. The aim is for children to become confident problem solvers and system thinkers so that they can address and positively shape the challenges and systems of the future. Through various extra-curricular activities, we offer another dimension that would provide our students with a plethora of avenues other than teaching that will help develop their skills, creativity, and thinking.

Role (in brief):
Guide and motivate students in their self-paced learning, support projects/workshops, track progress, and help create a positive, energetic learning environment.
