The Green Club of Guru Nanak College carried out a compost pit awareness programme to educate students on waste segregation and the process of composting. The session explained how biodegradable waste naturally breaks down and turns into nutrient-rich compost that supports plant growth. Students actively engaged with the information and understood how small eco-friendly actions—like proper waste disposal and regular composting—can reduce campus waste, enrich the soil, and create long-term positive environmental impact. 🌱✨
