*Science Day Celebration at Veekays English High School*

February 28th, 2026, was a day of great scientific fervour at Veekays English High School as students, parents, and teachers gathered to celebrate Science Day in a grand manner!

The event showcased the incredible talents of our young scientists through various science and maths projects, highlighting their curiosity and hard work. The exhibition featured innovative displays that left everyone in awe.

The celebration kicked off with a combo performance by students, including inspiring speeches, captivating songs, and impressive costumes of ancestral scientists like Aryabhatta, Acharya Kanad, Sushruta, and Brahmagupta.

The managing committee and parents were impressed by the students' efforts, and their enthusiasm was palpable. The event was a testament to the dedication of students, parents, and teachers, who worked together to make it a grand success.

Veekays English High School joyfully celebrated Red Day for the Pre primary section with great enthusiasm and excitement. The main objective of the celebration was to help children recognize and understand the importance of the color red through fun-filled and engaging activities.
The little learners were asked to come dressed in red-colored outfits, which created a vibrant and cheerful atmosphere in the school premises. The classrooms and boards were beautifully decorated with red charts, and creative displays to emphasize the theme of the day.
A variety of interesting activities were conducted to enhance learning through play. The children actively participated in:
🎨 Dabbing red color on apple drawings
🔴 Sticking red bindis on fruit apple pictures
These hands-on activities not only helped the children identify the color red but also contributed significantly to the development of their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. The excitement and joy on their faces reflected their eagerness to explore and learn.
Teachers explained different red-colored objects around them, helping children connect the color with real-life examples. The interactive session made learning enjoyable and meaningful.
