Microsoft says Chinese hackers used code flaw to steal emails from US agencies.

The company said in a blog post that the hackers were able to use the key - which they acquired under undisclosed circumstances - and take advantage of "a validation error in Microsoft code" to carry out their cyberespionage campaign.

Microsoft's blog post did not explain how the hackers got their hands on one of the company's digital keys, leading some experts to speculate that Microsoft itself had been hacked ahead of the thefts.

Google unleashes generative AI for note-taking: Why you should try NotebookLM

At the Google I/O event back in May, Google introduced a new notebook web app powered by generative AI.

Previously called Project Tailwind, the tool takes a user’s rough notes and automatically organises and summarises them while also helping them research the topic they are writing about.

Now Google is rolling out Tailwind with a new name – NotebookLM.

Google Press Release says, “It’s our endeavour to reimagine what notetaking software might look like if you designed it from scratch knowing that you would have a powerful language model at its core".

Tesla built its first Cybertruck at the electric-vehicle marker’s plant in Austin, Texas, the company said in a tweet on Saturday, after two years of delays.

Tesla founder Elon Musk introduced the pickup truck in a 2019 reveal where the vehicle’s designer cracked the vehicle’s supposedly unbreakable “armor glass” windows.

The company has pushed back production timing since then and Musk had last year cited shortages in sourcing components as the reason for pushing the launch of Cybertruck into 2023.

In a May shareholder meeting, Musk said that Tesla would like to produce a quarter-million Cybertrucks a year, depending on demand.

Chandrayaan 3 steps closer to Moon, performs second orbit-raising maneuver

ISRO - Indian Space Research Organisation has successfully completed raising the second orbit manoeuvre of Chandrayaan 3 spacecraft.

In a tweet, the space agency said the spacecraft is now it its 41,603 kilometre x 226 kilometre orbit.

The next firing is planned for Tuesday (July 18) between 2 and 3 pm.

“The second orbit-raising maneuver (Earth-bound apogee firing) is performed successfully. The spacecraft is now in 41603 km x 226 km orbit. The next firing is planned for tomorrow between 2 and 3 pm IST,” ISRO tweeted on Monday afternoon.
