If you’ve used this service before and we have your property details on file, we can provide an annual update to help you neutralise recurring negative influences and maximise your home or office’s potential for 2026.
6. Annual Feng Shui Report (New Clients) 2026
For new clients, we’ll create a customised annual report based on your property’s layout and details you’ll provide via a short form (attached). This report helps you harness the energies of 2026 in the most beneficial way possible.
If you want to make your own custom template for personalised calendars, with your personal branding for your clients, you need to purchase the bundle 12 for the price of 10, and send us soft copies of your logo so we can process that. You can then upsell for twice what you pay me, literally for sharing a clients date and time.

DID YOU KNOW THERE ARE DAYS WHEN IT’S ACTUALLY EASIER TO SELL PROPERTY?
For those in the know (and who've used this method before), here’s a heads-up — today (Tuesday 20th May) is one of those days. Between 7–9 PM, to be precise (hope you didn’t miss it!).
When the Stars #1, 4, and 7 align — one of each : The annual, The monthly, and natal palace sectors — we place water. (yes, yes, forget about violating the Direct Spirit in the West just for now) and then watch the magic happen.
Quick rules to follow:
1. Place the water for two weeks, or at least till the end of the month — that’s when the 1-4-7 formation changes with the monthly stars.
2. Still or slow-moving water works best.
If you missed today, no worries. Technically, all the three are layered anyway, Natal, annual & monthly, so any day in May or the snake month works. Our selected dates add another special layer, if you have such options.
Choose another good day — just avoid those with negative 12 Day Officer energies like “Destruction.” And if you can find a day that combines with or represents the Indirect Wealth of the seller, even better.
I have shared the month of May from my Professional Metaphysics calendar for your convenience in case you don't already have one.
Can’t find a water container? Use a bucket. Doesn’t matter what it looks like — it’s just for 2 weeks (and trust me, money looks great in your bank). Worst case, knock a nail into the wall, bang loudly, make some noise ti start the Qi flow, and place the water there eventually.
Extra enhancements:
For the Southeast, stay close to SE1 — and definitely avoid SE3, the Snake sector, because that’s the Grand Duke. Let’s not mess with him.
Since North 2 has a Nobleman star so why not activate it over the other 2 sectors N1 & N3 for extra punch?
For the West, any sector will do, but be safe & go for West 2.
