"In the heart of every difficulty lies opportunity"

Every time on your way to your goal, you will encounter difficulties and setbacks. But there's no progress without them. The most important thing is to see the positive or opportunity in such situations, but never give up or stop trying.

Most people give up and throw in the towel at the first sign of defeat because they think they're destined to lose. But "losing" is only in our minds, in every situation we can see an opportunity or learn a lesson. And that is already a victory.

And remember: those who stand still never fall, but those who run towards their goal pass through thousands of falls... but who is ultimately closer to the goal? Each of you knows the answer.

Calm your mind and ask yourself

"what are my goals?

What do I want?".

Not what's popular, not what's easy, not what's trending on social media.

BUT What YOU want. And then direct all your energy, emotions, thoughts and actions onto it. No matter what, let nothing or nobody distract you. And you'll attract it.

Does your child have what it takes to handle stress effectively?

EQ, or emotional intelligence, refers to the ability to recognize, regulate, and express our emotions effectively.

People with high EQ are better equipped to understand and manage their feelings, which means that they are less likely to experience sudden and intense mood swings.

On the other hand, individuals with low EQ may struggle to regulate their emotions, leading to frequent and unpredictable mood swings.

Therefore, improving one's emotional intelligence can help to reduce the occurrence and severity of mood swings.

Don’t create problems that aren’t really there by overthinking things… because that will take away from the real reason you’re here right now… to serve.

All overthinking does is add unnecessary weight to your back.. so start living in the present, accept what happened in the past, and focus on the things in front of you.

How to escape from a spiral of our negative thoughts?

STOP! ⛔️ Let’s all pause this very moment and tell ourselves that we’ll start the new year on a fresh slate, and that we can approach negative thoughts with these four steps, beginning with ‘stop’!

It is truly hard to ignore negative thoughts that come in passing like a raincloud. As they start to make us frown or furrow our brows, we know that something is amiss, and we should take active steps to prevent it from escalating 😣

1. Say “STOP!” out loud and take a step back from what you’re working on.
2. Take a slow, long breath through the nose and into the belly. Feel the expansion and contraction of air as this happens.
3. Observe your emotions and physical reactions in the moment.
4. Mindfully consider what you want to focus on right now and only focus on that one thing, a step at a time.
