Especially it's mean here for the students at every stage of Education till he/ she starts working for future survival. It's a very famous saying that ' taking birth in a poor family is fine & considerable but dying being poor is the biggest failure of everyone's life'.

Students should understand that they need to learn how to lead the people in terms of team leader, boss, or owner of any firm so accordingly one should not just follow what their senior have learned/ studied in the past years. The academic pedagogy needs to be improved every year seeing the dynamism of the society as it's changing every moment and new technologies and techniques are coming into the picture at a tremendous pace.

Every student needs to learn whatever facts and figures or theories linking to the current happening in society and live data.
which will help every student to be one step ahead from the crowd. But it has been observed that it's really not happening. Most of the students till graduation just believe in scoring marks and completion of syllabus. which at the end of the current era matters nothing other than being eligible. And here it comes frustration, nervousness, anger, and many more side effect on today's youth which ultimately after year and year increases the terminology call unemployment............
