We need to change our education system drastically. An education system which will make the students patriotic, develop respect for elders, teach cleanliness, teach teamwork & humanity. Mastering a subject is not a big deal nowadays with lots of knowledge available online. Teachers need to change their methods of teaching & adapt to latest technologies. We need to study Japanese, Norwegian & Israeli education systems & imbibe their innovative ideas & concepts in our education system. Involve the ground level teachers in planning of education rather than so called educationists because they know the level of students first hand & not from books & surveys. Governments should focus on quality education & other things will gradually fall in place.
