HAY there! We are finally back after a loooong break! Let’s step into the beautiful season of Autumn 🍂 with a small glimpse of our farm day which took place in a lot of sunshine and with good vibes!
Our extremely talented teachers created this beautiful theme for our farm day to make sure the kids enjoyed the session and at the same time gained some knowledge on this very topic!

Today we celebrated INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
Teaching our children, the importance of good mental and physical health, is the need of the hour today!
With the advancement of technology, concentration is the last thing we see in our children these days. Kids are now more interested in watching animated cartoon and listening to animated stories rather than playing. And of course! The pandemic has made it even more difficult for us to send our children to play outside!
Hence indoor exercise and yoga sessions has been our only hope!
Yoga is a simple yet effective way implementing physical movements in our children! Inculcating healthy habits at this age while help them attain good health and prevent the prevalence of many lifestyle diseases!
With this small step, we can help our children create a better and healthy future!
