National Film Awardee Swapnil Vasant Kapure is an alumnus of the Film & Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, and holds a Master’s degree in Communication Studies with a specialization in Video Production from Savitribai Phule Pune University. With a cinematic journey that began in 2009, he has built a meaningful presence in the world of cinema and audiovisual storytelling. 🎬✨
Over the years, he has collaborated with noted filmmakers as an associate and co-director on films such as Salaam, Tuhya Dharm Koncha?, Loose Control, Oli Ki Suki, Sumbraan, and Aatpat Nagar, while also independently directing documentaries, corporate films, and ad films. His student works at FTII earned global recognition - including the CILECT Asia Pacific Award (2018) for Thiyya (Labor Spot) and the National Film Award for his diploma film Bhar Dupari (The Afternoon), which was also showcased at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI). 🌍🏆
Beyond filmmaking, Swapnil is deeply committed to cinema education. He has conducted workshops and lectures on Direction and Writing, served as a jury member for short film festivals, and currently contributes to nurturing future storytellers as an Assistant Professor in TV Direction/Production at FTII, Pune. 🎓🎥

A true architect of mass entertainment in Indian cinema and a powerhouse of entertainment Mr. Sajid Samji is a name whose writing speaks for itself. He is a celebrated writer and director who has shaped some of the most loved, mass-appeal films of our generation. 🎬✨
A prolific creative force, he has consistently set benchmarks in commercial storytelling. As a writer, he has been behind some of Bollywood’s biggest blockbuster franchises, delivering iconic humour, unforgettable characters, and dialogues remembered for years. His writing credits include ‘Golmaal Returns’, ‘Golmaal 3’, ‘Golmaal Again’, ‘All The Best’, ‘Housefull 2 & 3’, ‘Chennai Express’, ‘Singham’, ‘Singham Returns’, and ‘Simmba’. 🌟🎥
As a director, his films reflect scale, confidence, and a deep understanding of what Indian audiences truly enjoy. His directorial ventures include ‘Entertainment’ and ‘Housefull 3’, along with the non-fiction comedy show ‘Case Toh Banta Hai’. Beyond the screen, the cultural impact of his cinema lives on through memes, social media, and everyday conversations, keeping his storytelling timeless and deeply connected with today’s youth. 🎭📺
