Important Instructions for M.A. Admissions (Academic Year 2025-26)

Students seeking admission to the two-year M.A. Economics postgraduate program at the Mumbai School of Economics and Public Policy (Autonomous) for the academic year 2025-26 (vide University Circular No. AEM/(2025-26)/55/of 2025) are required to complete a
(i) Pre-Admission Registration process (ii) provide ABC id (mandatory) and details are provided below.

The registration link is active (from April 22, 2025) and can be accessed at:

The registration process will take place in two parts:
• Part 1: Pre-Registration – To be completed before the declaration of Third Year results.
• Part 2: Application Submission – To be completed after the declaration of Third Year results.
Important Instructions:
1. Each student must create their own/new registration to fill out the application form. The link for the same is https://muadmission.samarth.edu.in and click on New Registration to proceed.
2. Registration involves filling out basic personal information, after which a login will be generated and a student profile created.
3. Students must complete their profile by entering details such as:
o Full name, residential address, educational qualifications
o Reservation category (if applicable), contact number
o Passport-size photo and digital signature
4. Students must clearly mention the Postgraduate course they wish to apply for during the Pre-Admission Registration.
5. Students seeking admission at MSEPP (Autonomous) must select the name of the institute/ department from the dropdown menu as MU-322 MUMBAI SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS AND PUBLIC POLICY
6. COURSE “M.A. (Economics) (Autonomous) ” only.
7. ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credits ID) is mandatory.
Students who does not have ABC ID must create the same by visiting: www.abc.gov.in
