When women tell me, "I just want to be fit"

I tell them, this is the range of "Fitness"

body fat percentage ranges for women:

- **Essential Fat**: 10-13%
- **Athletes**: 14-20%
- **Fitness**: 21-24%
- **Average**: 25-31%
- **Obese**: 32% and higher

So essentially what you are looking at when you say I want to be "fit" is to be between 21-24% body fat.

That is is the goal.
