Teenagers have an extremely curious mind that is clouded with harsh realities of growing up, sudden hormonal changes, imbalances within and without, body consciousness and peer pressure. Along with the stress of study and the burden to perform consistently well it can take a toll on the mind giving sufficient ‘breathing space’ or rather, as we call it ‘thinking space’. This thinking space is the creative crux of a well-formed mind. It nurtures the soul and draws from the fountain of knowledge and combines it with experience to discern situations, surroundings and is critical in decision making.
Every Session Opens with a Talk by Master Trainer Robert Clements: These talks are based on target topic and intended to wake them up from within, to make them restless and nudge them to open up and deal with it. Introductions are aimed at setting the environment of creating the desire for change. The content is extracted from his best-selling motivational book “Dare” and other life experiences.
Activities are mostly interactive, sometimes individual and secretive, and are designed to open up within each participant a consciousness that is able to deal with lesson focus. To redesign the mind to make it capable to receive learning from Opening and Closing Talk.
