The company has not given my refund... Kept my money unethically and no reply from this company has been received.

I had this beyondskool enrollment for my kid earlier this year and was promised a refund after cancellation mid way. I had cancelled the program after few months and have been following up for the refund from last 2 months. No one is picking up my calls and just promising me false deadlines over emails after numerous follow ups. BeyondSkool Is there someone who is really there to address customer concerns or your support email is a black hole?
Worst ever, cheater, fraud. Please don't take classes.
I have requested a refund for over a month but there seems to be a lot of dilly-dallying. Please respond to my emails urgently with the details of my refund according to your terms of cancellation 10.8
They are scamming.

As promised in the below email, please provide me a refund of CAD 844 for the cancelled programme for which only a partial payment was made due to a miscalculation by one of this employees. Below is a snapshot of your email with the respective details sent on April 15, 2022.

I have been waiting since 3 months with numerous follow ups via emails and messages. You have responded to a few and promised to get your team process this immediately but with no further action. Even my wife Mrudula Gireddy tried reaching out to you but there was no response.

I have been in constant touch with Kamil Shaikh (Student delight officer) who has been providing fake promises on a weekly basis but never gets back with an update as promised.
