🌸 Teachers’ Day Celebration 2025 🌸 A joyful & memorable day for our teachers and students 🌟

A day filled with joy, culture & memories 🌼💛

On 9th September 2025, a session on Career Opportunities in Germany and Orientation of German Language was conducted from 10:30–11:30 am. Around 200 students benefited from the informative and engaging session, led by resource persons Mr. Ankur Morbale and Ms. Vaishnavi.

🩺 Empowering Schools for a Healthier Future 🏫
Our recent School Health Project at Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil Vidyalaya and Sahyadri Shikshan Seva Mandal School, Vasai-Naigaon. was a meaningful step toward creating healthier, safer, and more informed school environments.
The program included:
🎯 Career Counselling – Guiding students to explore opportunities and make informed choices.
👩‍🏫 Teacher Education – Training teachers to identify early signs of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Behavioural Problems in Children and Autism for timely support.
⛑ First Aid Management – Equipping school staff with essential lifesaving skills.
🩹 Distribution of First Aid Kits – Ensuring every classroom is prepared for emergencies.
We are proud to contribute to both the well-being and future readiness of our young learners, while supporting teachers as frontline champions of student health.

🩸 Spreading Awareness, Saving Lives!
Our NSS Unit in collaboration with the Extension Department and Rotary Club successfully organized a Thalassemia Screening & Awareness Camp – a step towards early detection and prevention.
📊 Total Beneficiaries: 209
🎤 Awareness Lecture: An informative session by Shri Pankaj Tanna, on Thalassemia helped participants understand its causes, prevention strategies, and the importance of early screening.

💡 Innovation Meets Opportunity!
Our online conference “Innovation & Impact: Exploring Intellectual Property Rights and Research Grant Opportunities” was a resounding success!
With insightful sessions by experts including Dr. Aditya Sarnaik, Mrs. Sreevidya Ravi, and Dr. Anant Ram, participants gained practical knowledge on patent filing, securing research grants, and transforming ideas into impactful outcomes.

🌟 A Resounding Success – State Level Conference on Emerging Trends in Multidisciplinary Education 🌟

On 28th July 2025, the Visanji Ravji Auditorium, SMES Campus came alive with enriching discussions, collaborative learning, and a shared vision for integrating Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) into mainstream education, aligned with NEP 2020.

With 244 participants – including nursing students, textile students, staff nurses, faculty, and researchers – the conference featured:

Celebrated International Yoga Day on 21st June 2025 with 250 enthusiastic nursing students and 7 dedicated faculty members.
Organized in collaboration with the SNA Unit and NSS Unit, the event highlighted the importance of yoga for holistic health and well-being.

Midwives: Critical in Every Crisis” — a theme that reflects the unwavering dedication, compassion, and resilience of midwives worldwide.

Seva in Action: A Heartwarming Initiative for Our Elders
Under the Seva SaHYOG Project, Seva Mandal Education Society’s Smt. Sunanda Pravin Gambhirchand Institute of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences organized a health-related and entertainment programme for the geriatric inmates of Shri Manav Seva Sangh, Sion on 06.05.2025.
This event was a beautiful blend of compassion and care, aimed at promoting wellness, joy, and a sense of connection for our senior citizens. From engaging health talks to soul-soothing entertainment, the programme brought many smiles and warm moments.
We are proud to foster values of empathy and service in our students through such meaningful initiatives.

Spreading Smiles, Sparking Minds!
As part of our community outreach Project, 'Seva SaHYOG' Seva Mandal Education Society’s Smt. Sunanda Pravin Gambhirchand Institute of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences successfully conducted a motivational and entertainment programme for the children of Shri Manav Seva Sangh Orphanage, Sion on 08.05.2025.

The event was marked by an inspiring session by our Vice Principal, Mrs. Delphina Gurav, on the topic “Mindfulness as a Part of Healthy Life”. Her words touched young hearts and minds, planting seeds of emotional awareness, self-care, Environmental Mindfulness and resilience.
The students performed an entertaining dance, games and educational roleplays.

The program also featured joyful activities that lit up the atmosphere with laughter and warmth, making it a truly memorable morning for the children and our team alike.

Proud to announce the outstanding acheivements of our students at the MUHS-organised Spandan 2025 University-Level Cultural Youth Fest. Seva Mandal Education Society’s Shrimati Sunanda Pravin Gambhirchand Institution of Nursing and Paramedical Science has once again demonstrated its commitment to all-round excellence—not just in academics and professional training, but also in fostering creativity and cultural growth. Among more than 45 participating colleges from across Maharashtra, our students emerged as true champions, securing the prestigious Over-All Championship Trophy and being named Theatre Champions. In addition, they earned multiple first, second, and third prizes in various categories including dance, music, fine arts, and theatre. This victory is a reflection of the incredible talent, dedication, and team spirit that thrive within our college community.
