Responsible for overall Counseling Initiatives of the Consulting admission Business

Cold calling, lead generation & identify prospects and converting them into admissions

Targets & Responsibility:
Selling skills & should be Target oriented (work under Target)

Consistently meeting and exceeding targets

Generating Revenue and Achieving Sales Target on daily basis

Drive sales daily, weekly, monthly and dedicated towards committed numbers

Ability to increase business through references from the existing students or given leads

Reports:
Good in MS-Office, Internet and using Excel for preparing the reports. Follow Reports i.e. Sales Reports & Performance Reports and MIS Reports, etc.

Ability:
Highly energetic, self-motivated and ability to create good environment. Quick learner & learning for leadership. Hard working individuals looking for the right break to grow in a self-driven environment. Result oriented individual with a go get attitude

Compensation:
CTC from 9k to 12k per month + Incentives based on performance
