Dear Member,

As all of us are aware, we are celebrating the 67th Foundation Day of the Indo-American Society on Friday, 22nd May 2026 at 12.30pm and followed Lunch at the Indo-American Society, Kitab Mahal, 5 D, Sukhadwala Marg, Fort, Mumbai 400 001.

This year, alongside our commemorative event, we are introducing a special gesture of goodwill—to acknowledge and honour 26 underprivileged women, primarily street vegetable vendors, with a small token of appreciation.

We have identified those women who are the sole breadwinners and backbone of their families. They face daily hardships at home and frequent challenges in their work environment, from local authorities and others. Yet, with remarkable courage and resilience, they continue striving. Many of these women are fulfilling their dreams of educating their children, in the hope of a better future.

They represent countless unsung Indian women whose strength quietly contributes to the survival of their families and even the upliftment of our society and nation.

We warmly invite and will deeply appreciate your participation and support of this meaningful initiative.

This initiative reflects the very spirit of our Society—compassion, inclusivity, and community upliftment.

Come, let us celebrate this milestone with purpose and renew our commitment to the values and vision we proudly uphold.

Please find the attached invitation for your reference. Kindly register your attendance before 20th May 2026, at 4 pm. On-spot registration will not be available, and registration is mandatory to attend.

Please note that the event is exclusively for members.

We look forward to your presence in making this event memorable.

Warm regards,

C S Parameshwar
President
Indo-American Society
