These sessions combine gymnastics, strength training, endurance building, mobility exercises, sports activities, climbing, and more, designed to keep kids fit, energetic, and mentally active.*

*Through fun and engaging workouts, children will develop balance, coordination, flexibility, confidence, and teamwork skills, all while enjoying every moment!*

*Playgroup & Nursery: Tuesday and Thursday — 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM*

*Junior & Senior KG: Monday and Friday — 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM*
