Happy International Yoga Day!

Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength and flexibility. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Witty World organized a yoga session on 21st June, 2023 for all the Wittians. The aim of 'International Yoga' day is to convey the importance of Yoga and how it helps our body. Our little Wittians enjoyed slow movements, deep breathing, balance on one foot, and other different yoga postures.
Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Children enjoyed the yoga session immensely.

Red is the stop sign.

Little Wittian’s of Playgroup celebrated “Red Day” at Witty World
on Tuesday, 20th June 2023 - Jr.KG & Wednesday, 21st June 2023- Nursery. The children as well as teachers came dressed in
red colour attire .The classroom too was decorated with red colour objects and
flash cards. Teacher introduced red colour using objects from the magic box.
Children enjoyed the follow up activity of red colour sponge dabbing on the
worksheet.
Teacher also discussed the red colour snacks brought by them in their tiffin.
Children had a wonderful time celebrating ‘Red Day’.

Witty World celebrated Circle day, on Friday 16th June, 2023 with the little Wittians from the Nursery section. The teachers decorated the classrooms with circle shape objects. Teachers involved the children in singing circle shape rhymes and walking on the circle shape outline. Children were able to enact the rhymes related to circle shapes and also co relate the concept with the objects that were present in the class. Children were excited to find the circle shape objects all around them and they enjoyed sharing their snacks, like dosa, uttapam, Chana, cookies and many more. Circle day was a playful day where learning became fun. It was indeed a fun-filled day with Mr. Circle in the class!
