The key to teaching children gratitude is to teach them to see their situations from the standpoint of appreciation rather than deficit.

By practicing gratitude, we take time to notice and appreciate the things we often take for granted.

Gratefulness, like other positive emotions, has a powerful impact on our lives. That's why it is essential to instill this habit in children at an early age.

Being able to be independent and make decisions is a big step in a child's life.

It is also necessary to teach life skills to make this journey smooth and easy for them.

In our Social and Emotional Skills Workshop we teach kids skills such as managing feelings, team work, setting goals, time management and lot more.
